FAA Proposes Establishment of Class E Airspace at St. Paul, MN
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to establish Class E controlled airspace at St. Paul Downtown Holman Field in Minnesota to ensure a safer environment for business and corporate aircraft operating into and out of the airport when the control tower is closed. The proposed airspace would be in effect during periods when the control tower is closed, and would provide a safer operating environment for aircraft executing instrument approach procedures.
