FAA Terminates Environmental Impact Statement for Palm Beach International Airport Runway Extension

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has terminated the environmental impact statement for the proposed extension of Runway 9L-27R at Palm Beach International Airport to 10,000 feet, and will instead proceed with an environmental assessment (EA) as previously announced in a 1996 Federal Register notice.
