FAA Proposes to Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Arcata/Eureka Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Arcata/Eureka Airport (ACV) and allocate revenue to nearby airports, including Murray Field (EKA) and Kneeland Airports (019), as part of the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
