FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Melbourne International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to impose and use a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Melbourne International Airport in Florida, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
