Aviat Aircraft Inc. Issues Airworthiness Directive for Models S-2A, S-2B, and S-2S Airplanes

Aviat Aircraft Inc. has issued an airworthiness directive to update maintenance procedures for its Models S-2A, S-2B, and S-2S airplanes, following reports of cracking in the upper longerons caused by exceeding certificated design limits and the availability of a design modification to repair the damaged area.
