Criteria for Reporting Excess Personal Property

This regulation establishes revised criteria for reporting excess personal property to GSA, substantially reduces utilization screening time, raises the dollar threshold for direct transfers, and updates addresses associated with reporting excess personal property. The regulation is intended to relieve Federal agencies of certain reporting requirements and reduce the time required by agencies to hold property for utilization and donation screening.
