Federal Acquisition Regulation to Comply with Right-To-Know Laws and Pollution Prevention Requirements

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to implement Executive Order 12856, requiring Federal facilities to comply with the Pollution Prevention Act of 1990 and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986.
