FAR Rule Removes Ceiling on Foreign Selling Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to remove the ceiling on allowable foreign selling costs, exempting this regulatory action from Office of Management and Budget review.
