General Services Administration and Patent and Trademark Office to Hold Public Meetings for New Patent and Trademark Office

The General Services Administration and the Patent and Trademark Office plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a new consolidated Patent and Trademark Office in northern Virginia, with two public meetings to discuss the proposal and address concerns under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
