US Designates Hong Kong as Trade Agreement Country Under FAR
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to add Hong Kong as a designated country under the Trade Agreements Act of 1979, following a directive from the US Trade Representative.
