The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking industry feedback on new provisions related to household goods transportation broker and direct move management services provider participation in the Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP). The provisions, which were not included in the original draft Household Goods Tender of Service (HTOS), are part of the GSA's revisions to the document.
