Federal Acquisition Regulation; Information Technology Management Reform Act of 1996 Adopted by Civilian and Defense Agencies

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized, with changes, the interim rule on information technology management reform, which amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Information Technology Management Reform Act of 1996.
