Federal Acquisition Regulation; New Mexico Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to identify the Defense Special Weapons Agency as an agency that has entered into an agreement with the State of New Mexico regarding taxation, exempting this agency from Office of Management and Budget review and classification as a major rule.
