U.S. Trade Representative Office Announces WTO Dispute Settlement Over Sea Turtle Conservation

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has received a request from Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, and India to establish WTO dispute panels to review U.S. measures aimed at conserving sea turtle species, as mandated by Section 609 of the 1989 Trade Act.
