U.S. Trade Representative to Consult with European Communities on Wheat Gluten Exports

The U.S. Trade Representative will consult with the European Communities regarding wheat gluten exports from the EC to the U.S. following consultations with petitioners, pending the outcome of these consultations, the USTR has terminated an investigation into subsidies affecting access to the European Communities' market for modified starch.
