U.S. Trade Representative's Office to Review Antidumping Duties on Color Televisions from South Korea
The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is providing notice that South Korea has requested a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel to review the U.S. antidumping duties on color televisions from Korea, imposed on Samsung Electronics. The duties were initially imposed from 1985-1991, but Samsung has not exported televisions from Korea to the U.S. since 1991.
