Certain Fluid-Filled Ornamental Lamps: U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Trademark Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint and motion for temporary relief from Haggerty Enterprises, Inc. regarding the importation and sale of certain fluid-filled ornamental lamps that allegedly infringe on two U.S. trademarks. The Commission will investigate the matter and, if necessary, issue a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
