Federal Reserve Board Adopts Proposal to Extend Margin Credit Reports

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is adopting a proposal to extend for three years, with revision, six data collections related to margin credit reports, including the Registration Statement for Persons Who Extend Credit Secured by Margin Stock and the Annual Report. The revisions will take effect on July 1, 2018, instead of April 1, 2018, as previously proposed.
