U.S. International Trade Commission Waives Giftline International Corporation's Rights in Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that found Giftline International Corporation in default, effectively dismissing the case and waiving Giftline's rights to participate in the investigation.
