NAFTA's Impact on U.S. Industries and Consumers: Investigation into Tariff Elimination

The U.S. Trade Representative requested an investigation into the probable economic effect of eliminating U.S. tariffs on certain Mexican articles under NAFTA, with a deadline of February 17, 1998, and the report will be made available on the USTR and USITC websites.
