OSHA Review of Lockout/Tagout Standard to Determine Effectiveness and Burden

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is conducting a review of the Control of Hazardous Energy Sources (Lockout/Tagout) standard to determine whether it should be maintained, rescinded, or modified to make it more effective or less burdensome for small employers, in accordance with Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
