OSHA Announces OMB Approval for Occupational Fatality Reporting

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is announcing that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information on occupational fatality and multiple hospitalization incidents, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
