NLRB Repeals Agency-Specific Post-Employment Restrictions

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is repealing its current regulations restricting former NLRB employees from practicing before the Agency and replacing them with a new rule referencing the executive branch-wide post-employment restrictions imposed by the US Code (18 U.S.C. 207).
