Regulatory Update: Staff Refrains from Hazard Determinations for Firms Implementing Corrective Actions

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has established a permanent 'No PD' program, which allows manufacturers and retailers to avoid preliminary hazard determinations if they report defects or non-compliance and implement corrective actions within 20 working days.
