The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Beatty Mountain Broadcasting Company seeking the allotment of Channel 262A to Beatty, Nevada, as the community's first local aural transmission service. Channel 262A can be allotted to Beatty in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 36-54-24 North Latitude and 116-45-36 West Longitude.
