This document requests comments on a petition filed by Queso Broadcasting Company proposing the allotment of Channel 281A to Pinconning, Michigan, as that community's second FM broadcast service. The coordinates for Channel 281A are 43-52-56 and 83-55-07. There is a site restriction 4.5 kilometers (2.8 miles) northeast of the community. Canadian concurrence will be requested for this allotment.
