FCC To Hold Open Commission Meeting Thursday, April 3, 1997

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will hold an open meeting on April 3, 1997, to consider amendments to its rules allowing electronic comments in notice and comment rulemaking proceedings, and to treat those comments equally to paper comments. The Commission will also address standards for unlicensed spread spectrum transmitters, including maximum antenna gain and minimum hopping channels.
