Sunshine Act Meeting; Change in Time and Additional Items To Be Considered at Open Meeting, Thursday, April 3rd

The Commission will consider adopting new rules for digital television, including spectrum recovery plans, at an open meeting on April 3rd, and will also discuss the impact of advanced television engineering and systems on the existing television broadcast service.
