Radio Broadcasting Services; Galesburg, IL and Ottumwa, IA - Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public input on a proposal by Northern Broadcast Group to swap Channel 224B1 for Channel 224A in Galesburg, Illinois, and modify the license of Station WGBQ(FM) accordingly, while also adjusting the allotment reference for a vacant channel in Ottumwa, Iowa.
