North American Numbering Council Recommends North American Numbering Plan Administrator and Related Rules

The FCC is seeking public comments on the North American Numbering Council's (NANC) recommendations for a North American Numbering Plan Administrator, Billing and Collection Agent, and related rules, following a public notice released on May 19, 1997
