The Commission will consider reallocating the 746-806 MHz band, currently used for television channels 60-69, to fixed and mobile services. The Commission will also examine the recent start of broadcast advertising by the distilled spirits industry, particularly regarding liquor consumption by minors, and invite public comment on the government's response.
