FCC Requests Comments on Petition for Channel Substitution and Reallotment in South Carolina

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition filed by Greenwood Broadcasting Company, Inc. to substitute Channel 244C3 for Channel 244A at Greenwood, South Carolina, and reallot Channel 244C3 from Greenwood to Abbeville, with the modification of Station WCRS-FM's license accordingly.
