Radio Broadcasting Services; Susquehanna, PA and Walton, NY - Channel Substitution Request

The FCC is seeking public comments on a proposal by KG Broadcasting, Inc. to substitute Channel 223B1 for Channel 223A at Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, and modify the license of Station WKGB-FM, as well as substitute Channel 248A for Channel 221A at Walton, New York, and modify the license of Station WDLA-FM.
