Telecommunications Services Inside Wiring; Cable Home Wiring

The Commission invites comments on proposed procedures for the disposition of cable inside wiring (including both the cable home wiring within the premises of the individual subscriber and the home run wiring dedicated to an individual subscriber's unit) upon termination of service in multiple dwelling unit (``MDU'') buildings. This Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (``Further NPRM'') contains proposed or modified information collections subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (``PRA''), Public Law 104-13. It has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') for review under section 3507(d) of the PRA. OMB, the general public, and other Federal agencies are invited to comment on the proposed or modified information collections contained in this proceeding.
