Radio Broadcasting Services; Spring Valley, MN and Osage, IA - Channel Reassignment

The FCC has approved a change in channel assignment for radio stations in Spring Valley, Minnesota, and Osage, Iowa, in response to a petition filed by KVGO, Inc., and will also modify the license for another station, KCZY, to accommodate the change.
