Radio Broadcasting Services; Winner and Wessington Springs, SD

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved changes to radio broadcasting services in Winner, South Dakota, and Wessington Springs, South Dakota, at the request of Midwest Radio Corporation and Dakota Communications, Inc. The FCC has reallocated channels and modified construction permits to accommodate new local FM transmission services in Wessington Springs.
