Administration of the North American Numbering Plan, Carrier Identification Codes (CICs) - Proposed Rulemaking

The North American Numbering Plan Commission released a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on October 9, 1997, seeking public comment on carrier identification codes and their use and assignment, as part of a broader effort to review information collections subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
