Spectrum Radio, Inc. Responds to InterMart Broadcasting West Coast, Inc.'s Channel Change Proposal

Spectrum Radio, Inc. has been issued an Order to Show Cause after InterMart Broadcasting West Coast, Inc. proposed changing the channel of Station WEOW from 223C1 to 224C1, prompting the company to object to the change.
