Montierth Enterprises, L.L.C., seeking the allotment of Channel 296A to Pima, Arizona, as that community's first local aural transmission service. Coordinates used for this proposal are 32-53-36 and 109-49-42. Pima, Arizona, is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the Mexico border, and therefore, the Commission must obtain the concurrence of the Mexican government in this proposal.
