FDA Establishes Public Docket for Export and Import Information of Regulated Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is launching a public platform to share documents and information related to the export and import of certain FDA-regulated products, such as drugs, biologics, and medical devices, in accordance with the FDA Export Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996, to ensure timely access to this information for all interested parties.
