FDA Revokes Saccharin Labeling Regulation

The FDA is eliminating a rule requiring retail establishments to post notices about products containing saccharin and its salts, a move aimed at reducing the burden on small businesses, following a repeal bill and a citizen petition from the Calorie Control Council.
