FDA Releases First Edition of Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available the first edition of the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide, a document aimed at ensuring the safe and sanitary processing and importing of fish and fishery products using Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) methodology.
