Electronic Submissions; Establishment of Public Docket

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is establishing a public docket to provide information on submissions the agency is prepared to accept electronically. FDA is taking this action to provide easily accessible notice to the public when agency receiving units are prepared to accept electronic submissions and to promote the use of electronic technology.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement.
