FDA to Provide Routine Release of Establishment Inspection Reports to Inspected Establishments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is revising its policy to provide a copy of the narrative portion of the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) to inspected establishments once the inspection is deemed closed, effective April 1, 1997.
