FDA Expands Authority to Grant Exceptions to CGMP Requirements for PET Drug Products

The FDA is amending regulations to enable the CDER Director to grant or deny citizen petitions requesting exceptions or alternatives to CGMP requirements for PET drug products, allowing for more flexibility in the approval process.
