FDA Announces Approval of New Drug Application Form

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to use a new form, FDA 356h, for submitting applications to market new drugs, biologics, and antibiotics for human use, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
