FDA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Medical Device Export Requirements

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has withdrawn a proposed rule regarding the export of medical devices for investigational use, citing recent statutory changes that render the rulemaking unnecessary, effective November 27, 1995.
