FDA Approves Johnson and Johnson Interventional Systems Co.'s PALMAZ-SCHATZ Balloon-Expandable Stent

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted premarket approval for Johnson and Johnson Interventional Systems Co.'s PALMAZ-SCHATZ Balloon-Expandable Stent, following a recommendation from the Circulatory System Devices Panel, in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
