FDA Extends Compliance Date for Labeling Controls in CGMP Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the compliance date for a provision related to labeling controls in the current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) regulations for the use of cut labeling. This extension applies to labeling other than immediate container labels, and the new deadline will be determined by the publication of a final rule on this subject in a future issue of the Federal Register.
