FDA Reopens Comment Period for Dietary Supplements Containing Ephedrine Alkaloids

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is reopening the comment period for its proposed rule on dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids, which was initially announced on June 4, 1997, due to inadvertent omissions in the administrative record. The agency will reopen the comment period for 75 days after rectifying the omissions.
